These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.satmed-health.com (the “Site”) operated by SATMED Health, a ELFPRO company Limited with its principal place of business at Hong Kong, SAR, China (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

  1. Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

  3. Purpose of the Site – Important Medical Device InformationThe Site provides general information about our medical devices, sustainability initiatives, and related services. Information is for educational and informational purposes only and does notconstitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or a substitute for professional healthcare advice.

Our products are regulated medical devices. In the United States, devices are regulated by the FDA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. In the European Union, devices comply with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR). Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before use. Instructions for Use (IFU), labeling, and regulatory status apply—refer to official product materials.

  1. No Promotion or Ordering via Site (informational only)The Site does not offer medical devices for sale or promotion. Any inquiries are subject to separate agreements and please use the contact us page.  Prices, availability, and terms are subject to change. Sales are governed by separate purchase terms, applicable laws (FDA distribution rules, EU MDR supply chain), and shipping restrictions.]
  2. Intellectual PropertyAll content (text, images, logos, product info) is owned by us or licensed. You may view for personal, non-commercial use only. No reproduction, modification, or commercial use without written permission.
  3. User Conduct and ContentYou agree not to: misuse the Site; post unlawful/harmful content; infringe IP; or interfere with operation. We may remove content or terminate access.
  4. Privacy and Data ProtectionYour use is also governed by our Privacy Policy .We process personal data in compliance with applicable laws, including:
    • GDPR(for EU/EEA individuals): We act as data controller/processor where relevant; rights include access, rectification, erasure.
    • Other laws(e.g., CCPA if applicable, HIPAA if we handle protected health information—rare for device websites unless collecting PHI). No health data is collected unless explicitly stated and consented.
  1. DisclaimersTHE SITE AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR RELIANCE ON CONTENT.

Medical device performance/safety depends on proper use per labeling/IFU—we are not liable for misuse, off-label use, or adverse events.

Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, PERSONAL INJURY) ARISING FROM SITE USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF POSSIBILITY. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $0 IF THERE IS NO PREVIOUS COMMUNICATION ABOUT THE SPECIFIC TOPIC OR PRODUCT.
  2. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
  3. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, SAR, China, without regard to conflict rules. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts of Hong Kong, SAR, China.

For EU users: Mandatory consumer protections under applicable law remain unaffected.

  1. MiscellaneousIf any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable. No waiver unless in writing. These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
